The spacious kitchen is
equipped with a full size fridge and stove, freezer, microwave, coffee maker &
toaster oven as well as a full size water cooler/dispenser and other smaller
appliances such as kettles and an electric fry pan. Pots & pans, dishes,
cutlery & cooking utensils are all supplied.
The dining area seats 8 comfortably at mealtime and has a fabulous
lakefront view via the floor to ceiling windows.
There is additional seating at the table &
chairs in the games room, adjacent the kitchen, if required.
The trundle bed at the base of the windows has a full view of the
waterfront. An ideal spot for afternoon naps,
reading, watching the hummingbirds or the kids
swimming.
Cozy, warm & relaxing, the
living room contains a sofa, recliner chair and a swivel rocker situated amongst
the open faced woodstove and entertainment center.
The entertainment center includes a 27" color satellite TV, VCR & DVD player as
well as a large selection of paperback novels for reading. There is also an
older floor model stereo that contains an AM/FM radio and record player. (Yes- a
record player!)
An additional conversation area is located between the kitchen and the
livingroom consisting of a trundle bed and
two large arm chairs.
The decor is very much one of a cottage, including a set of antlers above
the TV and a bear rug on the south wall.
The adjacent walls with the exception of
the fireplace backing, are the original tongue & groove pine boards. It
is quite comfy and relaxing.

Located in the guest cabin, the laundry room is newly renovated
and contains an apartment size washer & dryer and second fridge.
The guest cabin is an adjacent building approx 25' from the cottage.
An excellent private sleeping or quiet time area. It contains:
